We have a small Sunday School led by dedicated individuals who have completed Safe Church Training.  Our director incorporates new ideas into the curriculum and finds interesting ways to engage the young children.  We combine education, crafts, and community projects to ensure that our youngest children feel like important members of the church family and form lasting and meaningful relationships with God and the greater community. 

Children of all ages are invited to take part in lessons, snacks, crafts, and fellowship. Children also have the opportunity to participate in the service by serving as acolytes, bringing up the gifts, or being readers during the weekly services.

Church School classes are held from 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM on Sunday mornings from September - May.  At 10:30 AM, children come upstairs to join their families for communion and the completion of worship.  Please contact Jenn Paiva for more information.

We are blessed to have a well stocked play area for young children in the entrance to the church.  

Church of Our Saviour has traditionally had an adult education series during Advent and Lent, preceded by a soup supper.  Please contact the Warden for more information.

Church of Our Saviour had an Education for Ministry (EfM) group which started in 2018.  In 2019 and 2020, we had six returning students and one mentor.  Please contact George Paiva for more information.

An exciting Multi-Parish collaboration happening on the South Coast is the annual Multi-Parish Retreat.  Church of Our Saviour in Somerset, Christ Church in Swansea, Church of the Holy Spirit in Fall River, St. Luke’s also in Fall River, St. Peter's in Dartmouth, and St. Martin's in New Bedford gather for a September weekend retreat at the Prindle Pond Conference Center in MA.  Please contact Jenn Paiva for more information.
